Sharon Bruhjell-Coleman is the founder of Sacred Rituals, a healing arts practice that incorporates a variety of modalities, including: holistic esthetics (skincare and waxing), yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, plants & essential oils, Reiki, massage, breath work, reflexology, stones & crystals, are some of the medicines integrated in her practice. Her passion is working with the nervous system to reduce stress levels. Sharon aspires to restore a natural rhythm to the skin and spirit by encouraging people to deepen their sense of connection to thier own inner wisdom, relaxation and with her guidance. She creates a welcoming space with a genuine care for balancing the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of every person. Her services and classes are accessible and adaptable for all populations including prenatal, abundant bodies, addiction recovery, mental health, those with varying levels of mobility and others. With more than 20 years of experience, Sharon is a Licensed Esthetician (LE) through the State of Minnesota (2001) and an Esthiology honors graduate of the Aveda Institute, Minneapolis. She completed her 230 hour & 300 Hour Advanced Studies Yoga Teacher Training Certification through the Yoga Center Retreat, MN and is dedicated to developing skills to support teaching all populations. Specific additional certifications, training and coursework includes: Advanced Anatomy 2.0 course, Recovery and Addiction Yoga Teacher Training,Trauma Sensitive Informed Yoga Teacher Training, and Yoga for All/ Inclusive Yoga Teacher Training. Sharon applies these in a variety of methods informed by additional teacher trainings: Face Yoga, Yin Yoga Level 1 & 2, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Chair Yoga, Thai Yoga Bodywork, advanced practice trainings and Therapuetic Swedish Massage Therapy . Beyond yoga, her additional training includes Reiki Energy Medicine levels 1 and 2, Shamballa Multidimensional Healing with a focus on stones, crystals, pendulum, and smoke clearing, Healing Arts courses, Healing Touch 1, Dien Chan Zone Operator (also known as Mirror Medicine) Facial Reflexology Certification. Sharon is available for private lessons, workshops, teacher training, holistic esthetics, and healing arts sessions around the Twin Cities area.
